Presented to library team members on the basics of public libraries. Topics included the American Library Association's Library Bill of Rights and Code of Ethics. I provided information on Intellectual Freedom & Privacy, library policies, and customer service.

Presented to lilbrary team members on the digital resources that are available at the Hillsboro City Library. Team members were trained on how to assist library users in accessing the library's digital resources.
